Ministry of TransportAnambra State

Check any vehicle before you board.

Type its MOT number and see what the Anambra State register says about it. No account needed.

You'll see the vehicle's type, where it was registered and its route.

What a check tells you

The number is looked up on the Ministry of Transport's own vehicle register, so the answer comes from the state, not from the driver.

  1. Type the MOT number

Every vehicle on the state register has one, written like MOT/AWK-S/02/123456.

  2. The register is checked

You'll know at once whether the number belongs to a registered vehicle.

  3. See what it holds

Its type, the LGA and town it was registered in, and its route. No personal details are shown.

Something wrong on the road?

File a complaint with photographs and your location. You don't need an account: the ministry contacts you on the details you give. If you add an email address, you confirm it with a code first.

A report the ministry can act on
